The Team

Established in 1970, Alpha Research is one of the oldest market and social research agencies in the business, and one of the few to remain fully independent. We offer a full range of research services, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques, with each project tailor-made to meet our clients’ specific objectives.

With clients from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, we’ve conducted research on a vast range of topics, and amongst all groups of society. In particular, we have extensive experience of working with local authorities, housing associations and other public sector and not-for-profit organisations on a variety of customer satisfaction, service improvement and social policy research projects.
